Instructions for use

1. Place the compress in a refrigerator or freezer for about 2 hours
2. It is best to store the product in the refrigerator so it is always ready to use
3. Do not apply for longer than 20 minutes at a time
4. If the compress is too cold, wrap it in a towel or cotton cloth
5. After each use, clean with soap and warm water

For hot application:

To use the warming properties of the compress:

1. Put the compress into water at a maximum temperature of 80°C for about 5 minutes
2. Alternatively, place in a microwave for 1 minute (500W power)
3. Check the temperature before application to avoid burns
